360° Surveying was contracted by the principal and civil contractors to complete set-out and as-built checks of both civil landscape and building works. This project involved building a state-of-the-art meal preparation and head office administration facility for the amazing Meals on Wheels team. The project included a 2-storey office area, commercial kitchen space & feature courtyard.

360° Surveying was responsible for:

1. establishing the site
2. concrete slab set-out including hold-down bolts, pockets and set-outs
3. civil works including landscaping, paving and carpark
4. laser scanning the floor to determine if the commercial kitchen had the correct fall for the drains.

One of the primary challenges was laser scanning the floor whilst multiple trades worked in the room with a substantial amount of equipment.
