360° Surveying was contracted to set-out the location of the structural steel for 7 bridge widenings as part of a $40 million bridge widening project for vehicle bridges and a pedestrian walkway.

Our primary responsibility was to mark out fixing locations which enabled the placement of structural components for the bridge widenings. The bridge widenings included 40 m bridges over dry creeks, through to the 240 m bridge over the Murray River at Kingston on Murray.

Unique challenges of the project included working underneath a bridge over water and the movement of the bridges due to traffic vibrations.
